Frou Frou Gypsy in Combat Boots

We had our Halloween party early this year due to everyone's obligations. since it's her kids' favorite holiday, the duchess offered to host it. Everyone brought yummy food and we got together on a Sunday afternoon to hang out, catch up and let the little monsters, i mean kids, play! this punch was REALLY COOL LOOKING...the duchess made it..but it didn't taste all that great IMO. It had seltzer water in it, and that was all i could taste...but it certainly looked cool! The Duchess, working on spider web pizzas... some of the monsters playing outside... a VERY exciting game of "pass the pumpkin" thanks to Heather. The kids LOVED it!!! and at the end of the day we were all tired and ready to go home and hit hte bed! Hope you all have a great Halloween. My family and i are heading to Disney World on Sunday, so i will be MIA for a bit. The kids were out of school yesterday for Columbus Day. We took the opportunity to go to the pumpkin patch with them all. Keith took off work, and Melissa and i as well as the kids all headed to Chilton County for the Pumpkin Patch. If nothing else, it is a great opportunity for family pictures....yes, my hair totally clashes with the scenery...i am bummed about that! The kids were not terribly interested in having their pictures made. After making their selections....they headed out of the patch for more fun! We had a great day! always cyndi

a little late but here's our September!

for the final installment of the best flower fairy party ever...here's the outside patio...yes, she made that canopy thingy... I wanted to dress up, so i was the "bad" fairy or the "goth" fairy or something because this is all i had to dress up in... the high chair had to be decorated..of course! (i actually threw this together for her in minutes before the party!) Here is the game that i asked about in this post. its a toadstool stomp or mushroom madness or whatever catchy thing you want to call it.... VERY loud, VERY messy, but also VERY FUN!!! Here's some other things, the parting gifts, the wands and little bags of M&Ms and Pixie Sticks tied with ribbon. Also a flower ring toss game. It was a GREAT party...hoooray to the Duchess for pulling it all off! and happy first birthday Tessa Monster! always cyndi

Magic wands for all the little fairy guests...felt cut and sewn together, on a dowel with ribbons...how lovely! tiny fairy cakes! gumdrop cut outs and chocolate candies for decorations pretzel wands wait for waving or munching........either is just as sweet! I made this card for my DS's teacher's birthday yesterday. She loves frogs, it's their class mascot. This is SU! set unfrogetable! the frog on the outside is stamped on green dp, cut out and attached with a pop dot for dimension. Thanks for lookin' cyndi
